For Students:

• Communicate respectfully with landlords.
• Report suspicious or fake listings.

For Property Owners:

• Upload honest and accurate property details.
• Update availability regularly.
• Do not upload misleading photos or prices.

4. Content and Listings

Users may submit images, descriptions, and contact details. UniHouse reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates our policies.

Simple Meaning: Keep your content honest. UniHouse can delete anything that’s misleading or inappropriate.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• No fake listings or scams.
• No illegal activities.
• No harassment or spam.
• No stolen or copyrighted content.

6. Limitation of Liability

UniHouse is not responsible for disputes, fraud, or loss resulting from user interactions.

Simple Meaning: We provide the platform, but we’re not part of your rental agreements.

7. Account Suspension or Removal

We may remove or suspend accounts that violate these Terms — with or without warning.

8. Privacy Policy
